15. Law and jurisdiction

15.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Union of India
15.2 Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

16. Arbitration Clause

16.1 In case of any dispute between us, we will try to settle the same among ourselves and if the same is not sorted out within 2 weeks then the dispute will be referred to the Single member arbitral tribunal to be appointed by us (Stimulus) as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2013 and amendments made thereof. The language of arbitration will be in English and the place of arbitration will be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
